Warmup, Strength/Power/Speed, Cool Down Stretch
Designed to reach near maximal force production over time
Sets of Structural movements will build to less reps over time of very heavy loads. Full rest time amount needed. Since rest is longer you should not feel 100% exhausted by the end of each workout even though weights are heavy.
Power Increases Explosiveness. Will increase the muscles rate of force development helping you to produce high levels of force quickly!
This will help you develop speed within strength of established movement patterns. Greatest Transfer from weight room to performance.
Speed is meant to help translate strength and power built in weight room to performance specific movement velocity. Aim to execute each movement with as much speed as possible while maintaining control of weight to recruit the greatest number of fast-twitch muscle fibers and built speed within specific movement patterns.
