Let us run, jog or walk like an athlete... As a team
$10/ week and signed liability agreement will enable you to join in and grow as a team. The goal is to eventually make this free for all but we need sponsors first. We will initially meet 2-3 times a week.
Speed
These are the more technical days. Ideal for athletes in college or older.
Fitness/ Conditioning
If you have asthma bring that inhaler! Lets compete and push ourselves as a team.
